What we collect
- Discord identity: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you belong to — provided by Discord when you sign in, used to show your servers and check whether you can manage the bot in each one.
- Server configuration: settings you or another admin choose for a server (voice/model selection, admin roles, blacklist entries, plan tier).
- Usage logs: which commands and voice/chat interactions happen in a server, by user ID and role, plus an estimated cost per interaction — used for the usage dashboard and plan-limit enforcement.
- A short excerpt of what was said and how the bot replied: each logged interaction includes a truncated excerpt (a few hundred characters each) of the message/command text and the bot's response — never a full conversation — so a server's admins can look up a reported member's recent activity. Visible only to that server's Manage-Server admins via the dashboard's audit log.
- API keys you provide: if you supply your own ElevenLabs or OpenAI API key so the bot uses your account instead of the shared default, that key is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage and is never displayed back in full — only a short hint (e.g.
sk-...ab12).
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't read your Discord messages outside of what the bot needs to respond when addressed, per its own operation.
Removing your data
Removing the bot from a server deletes that server's stored configuration. Contact the operator running this instance to request deletion of usage history.
