Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction, to use this dashboard or accept these terms on behalf of a server. By accepting, you're confirming this is true — we rely on your attestation rather than independently verifying age.

Using the dashboard

• You must be a Discord server owner or hold Manage Server permission in a server to configure Talkerbot for it via this dashboard.
• Settings you change here (voice/model selection, admin roles, blacklist, plan tier) apply immediately to that server and affect everyone using the bot in it.
• If you supply your own OpenAI or ElevenLabs API key, you're responsible for any usage costs that key incurs.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the admin/blacklist controls, promo codes, or any other dashboard feature to circumvent Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Don't attempt to access, modify, or view another server's configuration or usage data unless you have Manage Server permission there.

Billing and cancellation

• A paid tier or premium unlock, once granted, remains active through the end of its current term. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not refund, prorate, or cut short the term you're already in.
• You can cancel a server's membership at any time from the Plan panel. Your access continues until the term ends, at which point the server automatically reverts to the free tier.
• No refunds are issued for early cancellation or unused time within a term.
• The free tier includes a lifetime allowance of 100 commands per server — this does not reset monthly. The only way to get more on the free tier is by redeeming a promo code, which may grant additional credits or a paid-tier upgrade (permanent, or for a limited number of days, as stated by the code).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the dashboard changes. A meaningful change requires you to accept the new version again before you can continue managing a server, tracked by the version date above.

Talkerbot and this dashboard are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
